- Setup / stance
- Feet hip-width apart, weights in hands, knees soft
- Clinical focus
- Dynamic diagonal weight transfer with reach and upper limb load challenge
- Patient instruction
- Hold a weight in each hand. As the diagonal target appears, shift your body toward it and gently reach in that same direction. Return to center before moving to the next target. Keep your feet planted and control the reach instead of falling into it.

- Reach with the body under control, not with shoulder collapse

- Diagonal excursion, center return, load control, correction count
- Progression / regression
- Remove reach / increase reach distance or load
- Safety / guarding
- Close guarding recommended for overreach risk
