Delete your ANVA Balance account

Three ways to do it. All of them remove the same data.

This page explains how to delete your ANVA Balance account — the app published by Tryingtodoart SRL on Google Play and the App Store — together with the data held against it.

In the ANVA Balance app

Open Settings, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. The account and its data are removed straight away; you do not need to contact us and there is nothing to wait for.

On this website

Sign in, then go to Account → Delete account. Same result as the app.

By email, if you cannot sign in

Write to contact@anvabalance.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done. If you have lost access to that address too, say so and we will verify another way rather than leave the account standing.

What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials and profile, your subjects and their assessment history, your paired device records, your training plans, and any subscription record held against the account. Deletion cascades through all of them, so nothing is left orphaned behind a removed login.

Balance reports are anonymised in the app before they are stored, so what is removed here is the account and everything linked to it rather than named clinical records.

What may remain, and for how long

Deletion is immediate and is not reversible — there is no recovery window, so export anything you want to keep first. Records we are required to retain for accounting, such as invoices for a paid subscription, are kept for the statutory period and are not linked to your assessment data. Routine backups age out on their own schedule.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting the account does not by itself refund or cancel billing set up through the app stores. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in that store as well. Subscriptions taken out on this website are cancelled with the account.
