Foam Arms Forward Diagonal Shift

- Setup / stance
- Feet hip-width on foam, both arms straight forward at shoulder height
- Clinical focus
- Sensory challenge plus anterior load during diagonal shift
- Patient instruction
- Stand on the foam and hold both arms straight out in front. Move the dot diagonally toward the target and return to center. Keep your arms lifted and your feet planted the whole time.

- Arms stay quiet; control the body underneath

- Diagonal stability, sensory control, sway correction
- Progression / regression
- Firm surface / add light weights
- Safety / guarding
