- Feet hip-width apart, resistance band attached behind and to one side creating diagonal pull
- Clinical focus
- Diagonal reactive stability against perturbation
- Patient instruction
- Stand against the pull of the band. Move the dot diagonally toward the target and return to center without letting the band pull you off balance. Keep your feet planted and control the return.

- Control against the pull; don’t let the band move you first
